“AI Should Empower, Not Replace People,” Says CEO Gaurav Singh
Expressing pride in the achievement, Mr. Gaurav Singh, CEO at Parkar, said:
“This recognition is significant, not just because of the award, but because of what it represents. At Parkar, we didn’t just want to teach AI—we wanted to make it real, usable, and empowering for everyone. True transformation occurs when learning, culture, and business strategy converge. We’re proud to be building a future-ready workforce, and even prouder that our people are leading that charge.”
How the AI Capability Enablement Program Began
The initiative began with a question from one of Parkar’s healthcare clients after Parkar implemented a Data & AI solution using Databricks.
When the client asked, “How do I present this to the business, and how do I get people to adopt it?”, Parkar realized that AI transformation isn’t just technical—it’s cultural.
The company concluded that building a successful AI Center of Excellence requires not only innovation but also investment in people and skills.
This insight laid the foundation for the AI Capability Enablement Program, designed to democratize AI, build confidence in AI adoption, and integrate AI into Parkar’s engineering DNA.
Inside the Program: A Three-Phase Learning Journey
Launched in October 2024, the program focuses on three key pillars — Capability, Culture, and Commercialization.
Phase 1: Capability Building
Engineers began with core training in Python and SQL, followed by over 150 hours of instructor-led sessions in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning.Phase 2: Application & Experimentation
Participants embedded AI into real projects — such as:Predictive DevOps alerts
Anomaly detection in data pipelines
Intelligent test automation
Phase 3: Commercialization & Enterprise Integration
Unlike traditional training programs, Parkar focused on building business value.
Engineers were encouraged to create market-ready automation tools, AI accelerators, and reusable frameworks that could directly contribute to new revenue streams.
AI for Everyone: From Engineers to Non-Tech Teams
Parkar also extended its skilling initiatives to non-technical employees through AI primers and awareness sessions.
The goal was to replace AI fear with AI fluency — helping teams understand that AI won’t replace them but augment their capabilities.
Today, Parkar’s workforce has embraced AI as a collaboration tool.
Cross-functional teams — from coders to consultants — now co-create AI use cases, enabling faster innovation and measurable business outcomes.
Parkar’s Impact and Vision
The AI Capability Enablement Program has become a powerful differentiator for Parkar in the competitive Data & AI services landscape.
By combining technical learning, cultural transformation, and commercial alignment, Parkar has positioned itself as a platform-led AI player.
The initiative demonstrates how AI adoption succeeds when business goals and human empowerment align.
