OPPO launched the F35 and F35 Pro in India on October 5, 2026, with sales starting October 11. Both phones carry an 8,000mAh battery with 80W charging, a 50MP ultra-wide selfie camera and top-tier dust and water ratings. The question for buyers is whether they justify prices that sit well above the F33 series OPPO launched in April.
This comparison puts the F35 and F35 Pro against the F33 and F33 Pro, and against three rivals: the OnePlus Nord 6, the vivo S2 and the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite. Specs and prices come from launch details and retailer listings checked on October 5, 2026. We haven’t tested these phones, so claims about battery life, camera quality and gaming performance below are the manufacturers’ claims, not our results.

Quick verdict
- OPPO F35: makes sense if you want the 8,000mAh battery and the 50MP front camera. Over the F33 it keeps the same processor but costs ₹7,000 to ₹8,000 more at launch prices.
- OPPO F35 Pro: the only F35-series phone with a new chip, but at ₹54,999 for 8+256GB it costs ₹8,000 more than the OnePlus Nord 6 with the same RAM and storage.
- vivo S2: the closest rival to the F35 Pro on chip class, and cheaper.
- Previous generation: if the F33 or F33 Pro is still available near ₹35,000 to ₹40,000, it is the better value for most people.

What the processors mean
The F35 Pro’s Dimensity 7360 was announced in September 2025 and is built on a 4nm process. It has four Cortex-A78 cores at up to 2.5GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores, and MediaTek lists a 5G modem with 3-carrier aggregation and an NPU 655 AI engine.
The F35’s Dimensity 6360 is entry-level silicon. It uses two Cortex-A76 cores at up to 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores on a 6nm process. Beebom describes it as essentially a rebadged Dimensity 6300 with weak multi-core performance, though it throttled little in sustained testing. For everyday use that’s adequate, but it is the main reason to think twice about paying ₹42,999.

F35 Pro vs OnePlus Nord 6
The Nord 6 launched in April at ₹38,999 for the 8GB+256GB model, and OnePlus raised it to ₹41,999 on May 20. It now sells at ₹46,999 on Amazon. For the same 8GB+256GB configuration the F35 Pro costs ₹8,000 more.
According to OnePlus’s own listing, the Nord 6 offers a flagship-tier Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, a 9,000mAh battery, a 165Hz display, and LPDDR5X memory with UFS 4.1 storage. The F35 Pro’s counter is the 50MP selfie camera against the Nord 6’s 32MP. OnePlus’s gaming and battery-life claims are marketing figures, not test results.
F35 Pro vs vivo S2
The vivo S2 launched on August 6 at ₹39,999 for 8+128GB and ₹49,999 for 8+256GB, with sales from August 11. Flipkart’s current prices are ₹42,999 and ₹48,999. It has a 6.83-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with up to 3,000 nits peak brightness and a Dimensity 7360-Turbo chip with LPDDR4X memory and UFS 3.1 storage. That is the same chip family and memory types as the F35 Pro, at ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 less.
The F35 Pro beats it on battery (8,000mAh against 7,050mAh), charging (80W against 44W), screen refresh rate, rear camera setup and selfie camera. vivo promises 3 OS updates and 5 years of security updates for the S2, so check OPPO’s software commitment for the F35 series before comparing.
F35 vs Nord CE6 Lite
The Nord CE6 Lite 8+256GB launched at ₹25,999. It uses an LCD panel, not AMOLED, and has an IP64 rating. Amazon shows ₹34,999 today, about ₹9,000 above launch.
At that price it costs ₹8,000 less than the F35 8+128GB and has twice the storage. But the F35 has the AMOLED display, IP69K, 80W charging, an 8,000mAh battery and a 50MP selfie camera against the CE6 Lite’s 8MP. Buy the CE6 Lite for price and storage; buy the F35 for the screen, durability and selfies.
Who should buy which
- F35 buyers should be selfie-focused and want long battery life, but don’t need a strong chip.
- F35 Pro buyers should value the front and rear camera setup, a 144Hz screen and 80W charging, and should check effective prices after bank offers.
- Buy the Nord 6 if performance and battery matter more than selfies.
- Buy the vivo S2 for the same chip tier as the F35 Pro at a lower price, if you can live with 44W charging.
- Buy the F33 or F33 Pro if you can still find them near ₹35,000 to ₹40,000.
- Buy the Nord CE6 Lite only if budget and storage come first and you can accept an LCD and IP64.
