3. Specify Family Plan: Clearly inform the Jio Store representative that you intend to connect this number to a family plan.

4. Main/Parent SIM: The primary number (or “parent SIM,” as Jio refers to it) on which the connection is taken must be on the 449 plan (or another eligible postpaid family plan).

5. Child Connections: For the additional numbers (or “child connections”) you wish to add, they do not need to be on any specific plan at the time of registration. Their benefits will be derived from the parent plan.

Process of Connecting Mobile Numbers in a Family Pack:

Once the main (parent) connection is activated on the postpaid family plan, you can easily add the child connections through the MyJio app:

1. Parent User Action: The user of the main connection (parent SIM) needs to open the MyJio app.

2. Enter Child Mobile Number: Within the app, the parent user will enter the mobile number of the SIM to be connected to the family plan.

3. OTP Verification: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the child number. This OTP then needs to be entered by the parent user in the MyJio app to authorize the connection.

4. Connection Established: Once the OTP is successfully entered, the child connection is integrated into the family plan. This same process must be followed for each of the other two numbers you wish to add.

A Crucial Note on Bill Payment:
